The 9/11 anniversary? He got a mild bounce on May 1 2012 from the anniversary of the Osama killing. so if how much of a bounce will he get? he is already in his DNC bounce.

Little if anything.  The Republicans were in power on 9/11 so this should probably cancel out any gain he makes.

No. I suspect Obama's bump will slowly deteriorate; by the first debate we should be back to Obama+2 or so.

Not likely. He didn't get one last year. There's just no political capital to be had.
