I vote for Carly Rae Jepsen, though neither is at all likely. Someone put it best as that Far East Movement are as likely to have another hit as Dexy's Midnight Runners.

What does it mean that on last.fm Carly Rae Jepsen has barely twice as many listeners as Jawbreaker? Yeah I know last.fm is considered a bit of a hipster thing but still...

Far East Movement hasn't had a new hit in a while, so probably Carly.  Plus, I'm rooting for her, because I generally like Canadian artists, and it's hard for Canadian artists to make it in the North American music industry, because in order to do so, you have to break in in America.

There are some great bands/artists out there like Simple Plan, Kristina Maria, State of Shock, Marianas Trench, and more that a lot of Americans don't know about (Simple Plan at least had one hit that made it in America).
