So his convention speech received the weakest reviews since Gallup started measuring reactions to them. Not too surprising.

There's literally so much wrong with this post that I don't know where to start.

Much better than Dole's speech, but not a great speech either.

To be honest, I noticed that I wasn't sporting a raging hard-on after the convention either.

Well, maybe a little bit on the second night, after Paul Ryan's speech, but mostly I was flaccid.  I think these conventions are always so scripted.  Same for the DNC.  Don't expect Obama to rip off his shirt and have a Samuel L. Jackson moment.  Although that would be awesome.

It is only going to get worse after the reaction in the media to Clint Eastwood. A fly won't enter the convention halls without it being on the script.

Yes, people will warm to Romney's speech some time around October of 2074, when the revisionist historians have their chance to truly examine what it really meant for people living in the year 2012.

Romney is the first robot Android with emotions, so he will have a bit of a bounce.  It takes time!
