I like fishing, but there are fewer and fewer fish in the river because lazy people here use electricity to catch them. So I want to fish Procambarus clarkii. But I am worried that this kind of creature is very dirty. Some say they were brought to China by Japanese in the 1930s to deal with dead bodies!

Look at this. Someone good at fishing  Procambarus clarkii.

Procambarus clarkii is certainly not native to China; in fact, it is native to parts of the Southeastern United States. Whether the Japanese introduced it, I don't know. However, procambarus clarkii is certainly very edible: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Procambarus_clarkii#As_food
