The sad thing is that the first quote given  for him was from SpongeBob SquarePants.  Given this forum, I think a quote from the role that won him an Oscar is appropriate:  "Ma, sooner or later, there comes a point in a man's life when he's gotta face some facts. From his stellar movie career, to his hilarious stint as the star of the sitcom "McHale's Navy," to Mermaid Man, Borgnine has acted like a true professional and has entertained several generations with his incredible talent.
