Yeah this guy is a weirdo. He isn't married, has never had a long term girlfriend and I guess he lives in his mother's basement.  That being said, this could actually help Santourm in this Gorthman's district (Northwest Milwaukee Suburbs, West Bend area) as he is very popular there.

Looks like it sits in the north Milwuakee exurbs, so next to none. Redistricting changed the shape a bit, now it extends up from that area to some rural areas near Fond du Lac, but definitely doesn't make it a competitive seat.

Ah yes clearly this is good news for Mitt Romney, a state senator in a republican area endorsing his opponent.

No doubt the guy is nuts, but so are his constituents.
