Let's say Cleveland runs for a third term in 1896. These are the only two candidates. Who do you vote for, and who wins?

What's a map look like?

We were in a depression in 1896. Cleveland was the scapegoat. I say it would be like 1932.

McKinley/McKinley.

My Map:

William McKinley: 370

Grover Cleveland: 77

Isn't McKinley one of your favorite presidents?

No, that's Herbert Hoover.

He is the Greatest U.S. President in my opinion but Hoover is my favorite President.

I think that Cleveland is underrated, and I'd vote for him. McKinley would win, though. Here's a map:

McKinley wins 278-169.

Cleveland, just because McKinley was an utterly atrocious president.

I really really like Grover Cleveland...but he made the right decision in not running for a third term.  McKinley in a landslide.

Figuring in the fact that there would be a significant anti third term vote, McKinley by a large margin.

Cleveland was a good president, better than Blaine and Harrison, but he lacked vision.

McKinley had vision, first economically and second, geopolitically.  He was the person who really made the US a world power.

Just a month ago you were saying your opinions hadn't really changed at all, and that you just reassessed whether economic or social freedom was more important to you.

Some of the stuff you've posted makes John Kerry look conistent. Anyone who changes from an anarcho-capitalist into a marxist loon in the course of nine months is a joke.
