Apparently this performance by Adele happened during a commercial break at the Grammys. This happened on 2/13 but I didn't see prior mention of it on here. A very high-quality mock-up brought to you by the Holywood liberal elite.

Well that explains it. It's much more obvious after watching it again; you never see her singing for more than a syllable or two.
