Once again, more proof that Putrid Propaganda Polling (PPP) cooks the books to favor democrats.

The POS numbers are far more reflective of reality than the nonsense that PPP put out.

"A pollster with Public Opinion Strategies (POS) was among those who criticized the voter-registration composition of the left-leaning Public Policy Polling survey unveiled last week. The release of the POS survey about Martinez appeared to be timed to beat release of Martinez approval numbers from the PPP survey, which is expected today.

The POS poll memo states that “Survey respondents were 34% Republican, 51% Democrat and 15% Independent, which reflects the composition of the electorate in the 2008 general election and mirrors the current voter registration gap between Republicans and Democrats in the state (17%).”

It's strange how governors that are almost never in the news typically have higher approval ratings.  Do voters like silent legislators that don't sign major, controversial laws, or something?

In today's world, anything newsworthy is bound to be unpopular no matter what. Exception is Osama's death, but aside from that, not much.

Why is the first post fervently defending a poll that no one has bunked or criticized in the first place? jesus, chill.

PPP's numbers look much more like what I'd expect.  She's generally liked but not universally, and she gets people riled up over driver licenses for illegals (currently allowed here, Martinez wants to change that).  And she's a Republican.

She's in the news here on a few issues, but anyone wold look good following Bill Richardson.

That said, I quite like her.  She's a fair and pragmatic governor.

Cute.

Now, I need you to think of a creative nickname for Rasmussen.

Was that an incredibly awkward attempt at a joke?
