Has she pressed charges?  If not, then the title is a bit misleading.  I know the police looked into it, but not based upon her pressing charges.

Prosecutor has declined to press charges, mostly because Bradley is a bold faced liar.

Perhaps Bradley should be recalled?

Here is a key quote that indicates that Bradley should be disciplined:

[Bradley on her addressing Judge Prosser as "Buddy."]
[quote]
Justice Bradley said, “Buddy puts me in control and them in the diminutive.”  Justice Bradley again said she knew exactly what she was doing and saying to Justice Prosser on the evening of June 13, and added, “I intended to do it just the way I did it.”  Justice Bradley repeated several different times during our conversation with her that she was in control on June 13, 2011 and she knew exactly what she was doing the whole time.
[quote]

This is an outright confession.

You forgot to mention the allegations that he was defending himself from the painful sting of liberalism.

You forget to mention the facts that he was aggressively charged, his personal space was grossly violated, he was spoken to in the language of command and control, and had a finger repeatedly thrust close to his face. Bradley's behavior was so aggressive that a fellow justice believed that Bradley was about to strike Prosser, and acted to restrain her. You can call that the "sting of liberalism," but, most of folks in flyover country refer to that as having someone get in your face.

Wow! Is there a sign "All Nuts and Jokes Are Welcome" at the entrance of this thread?

We actually did have a similar situation in PA in the early 1990's.  One State Supreme Court Justice, Larsen, accused the Chief Justice, Nix, of "commandeering" a car (of a Phila State Senator) trying to run him down outside of the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia.

Basically everyone at the hotel said it never happened and it turned out that Larsen had a history of physiological problems, was improperly receiving prescriptions.  He was convicted in a trial, and then impeached and removed.  He was an R, the Senate was a bare majority R, and needed a 2/3 vote to remove.  I think every senator voted for conviction on at least one of the charges.

Bradley has opened herself up to something along these lines.

[Ironically, Rolf Larsen, Supreme Court Justice was the answer to my PA trivia question, "Who was the last person impeached in Pennsylvania?")

Perhaps Bradley should be recalled?

Perhaps she could answer how exactly she was strangled without pressure on the neck.

Maybe Prosser used his telekinetic ability, like Darth Vader?  Wink

I can't believe Dane County Sheriff let this maniac walk after he attempted to murder a woman by making contact with her neck while she assaulted him. Koch brothers bribed the police!

Should we call it the "Bradley Effect"?

This one was weaker than the one in 2008.
