Paul Ryan makes a late entry into Republican Race and pulls the biggest upset, by beating Michele Bachmann in Iowa and narrowly losing to Romney in New Hampshire. Having weakened Romney and Bachmann, he takes on Perry in South Carolina and wins the state. From there is he able to sweep the rest of the field and becomes the GOP nominee.

He surprisingly selects Mitt Romney as his VP pick and goes head to head with Pres. Obama, with the economy still is rough shape. Unemployment stands at 8.7% on election day, with Obama's approval rating at: 41%.

Ryan vs. Obama:

D: 48%
R: 46%
