A Nelson internal has much better numbers:

Hickman Analytics (D) for Ben Nelson
11/5-10/11; 1,300 likely voters, 2.7% margin of error
Mode: Live telephone interviews

47% Nelson (D), 45% Bruning (R)
49% Nelson (D), 43% Stenberg (R)
50% Nelson (D), 37% Fischer (R)

These numbers are relatively good, actually. He'll probably still lose, but at least it'll be respectable.
