Cain is trying to solidify the base and show everyone he is no Rick Perry. This will help a lot

You guys do realize that Arizona is holding its primary in February, don't you?  Unless Cain wants to fizzle out after Florida, he does need to do some preparations for what happens afterward.  Besides, right now Cain needs to make fundraising his priority.  Once the primaries start rolling one after another, he won't really have time for that.

 I've seen varying different comments, from the media, that Mr.Cains presents, his establishment in the states are nonexistent to little. Mr. Cain himself does not place himself on the ballot under party affiliation, I think. Doesn't the state party chair actually place the candidate on the ballot once the candidate has established qualifying criteria and the money?
 It could be, Mr. Cain knowing that the GOP party ballot status is over priced, he could be holding out, insisting on a better price, makes since to me, instead of like Romney, who will/would pay the highest price.

 So far, Mr. Cain with the least amount of staff, seems for the money, have more opinion votes than all the others, including Obama.

It looks to me the present standing is;

$100M is buying 41% of the vote for Obama, just a little short of the $1B that he wants to cash out at

yet,

$4.7M has bought Mr. Cain 43% of the vote,

 Myself I'm still primaring Bachmann or Newt. I was pleased that Bachmann has more campaign cash than debt.
