That's not what a "Liberal" Republican really is. Nixon and Rockefeller are pretty good examples of how these kinds of people would govern. Domestic Interventionist, Foreign Interventionist.

Yes.  (Unless people would consider someone like John Campbell one).  ConservaDems range from awful to semi-tolerable to (on rare occasion) actually ok.
