The Western Seaboard will join China?

Canada will become a regional power?

Canada would only get one part of the U.S. if it dissolved: Alaska.  And there would likely be a strong insurgency lasting decades.

Better question:  What's more likely?  Russia dissolving and the United States/Alaska taking over Far Eastern Siberia or the topic map?
Both are almost equally unlikely.

This guy seems to make up the country, then choose  a relatively "close" country, and make it a satellite there of. The four seperate unlikely to appear states would be more influenced by each other than by the EU and China. Some of the comments on here are hilarious, as well as the predictions.

There have been a couple scenarios on this forum where the US collapses. Kalwejt and I have both done (or in my case are working on) TLs that have a US collapse, but they're based on the Great Depression. I think I saw a thread a few years back that had people dividing the US into 7 different countries. One was Dixies, where Mike Huckabee was President, and one was the Republic of Alaska where Palin was President. I actually started designing my own political histories for some of the countries. Examples are:

The East Coast: Mostly Liberal, the leaders of the "Far Right" are Rudy Giuliani and Mitt Romney

The West Coast: Mostly Liberal, because of Liberalism, people not born within country/old US are allowed to be President, thus resulting in a Schwarzzenegger Presidency as the small time "Conservatives" had power.

I might just do another America splits up TL so I can do this.
