The CQ Politics website http://innovation.cqpolitics.com/atlas/house2010_rr finally has more districts as Lean/Likely or Safe Republican after months of showing little movement in the 2010 election.  Today it shows 199 seats in the R block and 195 as D with 41 as toss up.

For the Senate, the corresponding totals are 49-D, 45-R, 6 as toss up.
