This here is proof that the law of the Torah was written and promoted for nothing more than political gain in southern Israel. The author who in my scholarly research is believed to be Baruch, was Jeremiah's scribe. Handing it falsely? Well Hilkiah is the one who handed it to Josiah and Hilkiah was also Jeremiah's father. Thereforer, Baruch would've known this very well indeed.
