I'd say No, since the Prez has to be a natural-born citizen and it is explicitly mentioned in the Constitution that a VP becomes Prez if something happens to the incumbent President. Thus, if someone is ineligible to become Prez (due to not being a natural-born citizen), he or she is also ineligible to become VP.

It also specifically says in the Constitution that the Vice Presidency has the same qualifications as the Presidency, so the answer is obvious.
