When you enter a flipping poll in the database, do the damn thing correctly. That means entering the correct numbers, full numbers, and also entering the number of undecideds. Don't put 0% for undecideds, twat. And also the MoE, RV/LV, number surveyed, source and URL.

Do it or quit entering polls, since you're messing up the thing.

The moderators can certainly edit my polls, if they so chose, plse refrain from the unnecessary name calling.

It's your job to enter it correctly. Is it too hard for you to do that?

In 99% of the cases I enter the polls correctly, but hey Quincy: Please also click on the option to create a Forum link when entering the polls so we can comment on the poll.

It's your job to do it, not "someone else" to be behind you like a little child.

This database is a reference, it's not just another thread with more or less interesting posts.
So it needs to be as perfect as possible.

Some people (such as myself) can edit polls; however, it's a pain to do so, and I'd rather it just be done correctly the first time.

I have a question about the polls.  I don't enter them, but I wonder about how they are inputted.  Why do the polls come in, for example, like the R2000 KOS poll for Indiana, with the lowest scoring pt. value for the republican (Coats +1) when Hostettler is up by 6?

The person putting the poll in the data base puts it in how they want. The person that put that poll in there is a hack and put it that way to make the race look closer then it really is.

Coats is more likely to be the Republican nominee than Hostettler.

Hostettler is also more likely to raise no money and then implode as a candidate.

Normally, my rule for putting in polls is to try to find a primary poll.  If I can find a primary poll, I use whoever is leading for the person where more than 1 is running for the party.  If I can't find a recent primary poll, I'll just use whoever other forumers have used.
