Fenwick (R) probably wins since I doubt since will do much worse than Ford in the Northeast, Midwest, and West, and I think that the South will probably be fairly split (or even have most states vote GOP) due to both candidates being from the Northeast, in contrast to RL, where Carter was from the South (and thus won nearly every Southern state).
