1. Seaside Heights, NJ
2. Philadelphia, PA

I can't think of a better way to spend convention than to fist pump our nights away at Karma and GTL every day with the likes of the Situation, Pauly D and Snookie.

Just so you know, I haven't the slightest idea how to calculate these vote totals. The vote ends at midnight and I would be happy if someone would so kind as to perform this service. I will gladly provide payment for services rendered. Grin

If no one gets to it before I do, I'll look at it. Are we using IRV or some other voting method?

The Vote Totals Are:

Phoenix, AZ: 2 (NCYank, Daniel Adams)
Denver, CO: 0
Des Moines, IA: 4 (Dead0man, Inks, Brandon H, J Brase)
Philadelphia, PA: 0
Seaside Heights, NJ: 2 (Duke, RowanBrandon)
Boston, MA: 2 (Officepark, Smid)

Denver and Philadelphia are eliminated.

Since the three lowest-scoring locations all have two first preference votes, I'm assuming we're looking at second preference votes to differentiate them:

Phoenix has one second preference vote (JBrase)
Seaside Heights and Boston have none.

Since Seaside Heights and Boston have tied for last on second preference votes, I'm assuming we're looking at third preference votes:

Seaside Heights has none.
Boston has two third preference votes (RowanBrandon and JBrase).

Seaside Heights is eliminated and its two first preference votes are distributed:

Phoenix, AZ: 2
Denver, CO: 0 (eliminated)
Des Moines, IA: 4
Philadelphia, PA: 0 (eliminated)
Seaside Heights, NJ: 0 (-2, eliminated)
Boston, MA: 3 (+1, RowanBrandon)
Exhausted: 1 (+1, Duke)

In the next round, Phoenix, AZ is eliminated for having the least votes.

Phoenix, AZ: 0 (-2, eliminated)
Denver, CO: 0 eliminated)
Des Moines, IA: 6 (+2, NCYank, Daniel Adams)
Philadelphia, PA: 0 (eliminated)
Seaside Heights, NJ: 0 (eliminated)
Boston MA: 3
Exhausted: 1

It would appear that Des Moines has won with six votes to three over Boston.

Here are the results:

Phoenix: 2
Denver: 0
Des Moines: 4
Philadelphia: 0
Seaside Heights: 2
Boston: 2

Denver and Philadelphia are tied for last place. Second preferences for each city: Denver 3, Philadelphia 4

Denver is eliminated.

Round 2: Same first preferences. Philadelphia is eliminated.

Round 3: Phoenix, Seaside Heights, and Boston are tied. Second preferences for each: Phoenix 4, Seaside Heights 1, Boston 2

Seaside Heights is eliminated.

Round 4: Phoenix 2, Des Moines 4, Boston 3

Phoenix is eliminated.

Round 5: Des Moines 6, Boston 3

Des Moines is the site of the RPP convention.

Good Afternoon Ladies and Gentlement.

Six months ago, the Regional Protection party decided to beging a debate to rename the party as part of a larger restructuring and refocusing let by the dirty SOB Hamilton. At first it seemed like we would be able to come to agreement beforehand and then move on to a vote which could then be accepted. Little did we realize that the actions taken in that effort would drive a wedge between the old and new factions, lead indirectly to Hamilton's ouster, and finally months and months of decline and electoral disappointment. Since that time we have been stuck with name that was established under a dark ethical cloud which we were unable to get rid of, due to the collapse in the activity of our membership.

The party name has to reflect what our noblest goals are. What we want to see the party represent. What we want to see it fight for. It also has to catch peoples attention. It has to be original, he has to be creative. six years ago the most ironic of party name ever was adopted to describe what has currently become the largest and most influential leftwing party in our history, The Jesus Christ Party. It is with a similar idea in mind to rename the nation's only true conservative party, that will fight with honesty and integrity for the values of the center right, in a similarily ironic and sarcastic fashion. And so it is with great gratitude to Big Bad Fab who is responsible for 95% of it (I changed one word). That we have reached a consensus on calling us the Atlasian Force of Liberty and Conservative Independence Organization (AFL-CIO).

Due to difficulty in getting turnout high enough for name change votes, we will not start the vote till next Friday.

Thanks for your time.

The Chairmen leaves the room without taking any questions.
