Pretty simple game here. Post here the people who you can see as becoming the 45th president in the future. The year (2017, 2013 etc.) does not matter--only the people do. This will last until January 20 inclusively.

Post also the people who you can see as becoming the next vice president (after Joe Biden)--again, only the people matter here. This will also last until the 20th. I will make a list of the top ten people mentioned in each category.

In my opinion his time already passed.

Unlikely, given he will be 74 in 2016

Why do you seems to forget about people getting OLD? I remember one prediction where Webb became President for first time at age mid-80 Tongue

Be lucky if he survive Senatorial primary and Rubio will anyway leave him weakened.

Likely future Senate Republican Leader, I don't see him running

NiK said Joe Biden because he thinks that someone might assasinate Obama in the future. I agree that there is a chance that this happens. This would be a very tragic event and I hope it never ever happens, but there are a lot of crazies out there. Obama better have his security more prepared than he had it at that state dinner for the Indian PM, when two socialites and one other guy managed to sneak in uninvited.

Palin in 2012. Not possible. In 2016, maybe...

Kay Bailey Hutchison. Man, seriously, she is old and as pro-choice she would never win GOP primary.

Thune? Republican Leader in future? Probably. President, no.

Andrew Cuomo? If Obama wins reelection, be popular President and Cuomo popular Governor, that's a chance.

No way, I guarantee it. The only realistic option here is Marco Rubio for VP.

Doesn't matter. Remember, we're not considering the year.

prez:
Biden
Clinton
Pawlenty
Romney

VP:
Portman
Thune
Warner
Clinton (in the scenario where Obama dies or resigns before his term is up, Clinton is the odds-on favorite to be Biden's pick for VP)
