Well, there were apparently signs that advertised a write-in for Burns as a semi-joke.  But with 27 votes, I think the best you're going to get is "mostly in Manhattan."

Just FYI - I'm willing to bet only insane political junkies know how to cast a write-in ballot in NYC.  It's nearly impossible for any normal person to figure out, meaning you'd have to ask a poll worker to do it properly.
