While it could be argued that John Kerry might've had more balls than Obama in office I still believe that stupidity would've reigned supreme and the economic downturn of 2008 would still occur. The result? Hello Republican Revolution Rejigued.

John Kerry would have been a marginally better President than Bush. Obama, on the other hand, generated youth enthusiasm, lead the nation to victory, and most importantly defines this political era and took his place in history. Obama will go down as a great President when it is all said and done. Fixing the Bush mistakes will be a difficult journey, but I'll see to it that it happens. There was absolutely no way I could cast a McCain ballot after the Sarah Palin pick and I'm certainly not regretting my decision. Looking back, I don't see how I even considered John McCain to begin with. The disastrous campaign and poor policy proposals should have alerted me ahead of time.

If you guys think Obama's bad right now, imagine how ineffective Kerry would have been under a Republican-controlled congress. Dems wouldn't have swept 2006 like they did. Also remember Kerry was way too much of a hawk.
