This won't matter at all, but I'm still uncomfortable with this bill, and given my pacifistic and non-interventionist nature, as well as giving this bill more though, I'm changing my vote to nay.

By the way if the Venezuelans do in fact commit to an offensive war againest our Colombian allies I really hope that the Senate will commit to giving military aid to Colombia.  I feel that it is only proper based on the GTO Treaty.
