Foot 3
MacDonald 3
Callaghan 2
Lansbury 1

Tiebreak goes against Foot.

Michael Mackintosh Foot once got into trouble for wearing a certain type of coat*:

*Not a mackintosh, alas.

For the next round: eliminate one.

Urgh. Sorry about this. Callaghan 4, Ramsay MacDonald 2, Clynes 1.

In his first election (1945) he polled 17,489 votes. In his last election (1983) he polled 17,488. Of course the boundaries and the majority was very different, but, hey. According to Ken Morgan he had one of the more interesting 'ethnic' backgrounds of twentieth century PM's - Irish is obvious, but also Jewish (he apparently didn't know about the latter until the '70's).
