And to start the conference, how about a typical Berlusconi story - Carfagna to fill in as "First Lady" over the next three days - http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/italy/5760120/Silvio-Berlusconi-picks-former-topless-model-Mara-Carfagna-as-G8-escort.html

Also appropriate that Berlusconi will be with the President of Swineland on Thursday for an amazing anniversary.

As much as I love the English, I'll never fully understand the hatred that seems to exist among that group for Italians. I guess I'd be fairly miserable if I was an Englishman, too, when you compare the damp island to paradise.

Anyway, I do enjoy how having the summit in an area destroyed by an earthquake is apparently a sign of a "third world" nation. Meanwhile, if the summit was held anywhere else in the world (insert impoverished African/Asian/Latin American nation here) where there had been some natural disaster, everyone would be praising the location and insisting that it not be moved.  Roll Eyes

I've been away from the news for most of the day. I take it Silvio hasn't done/said anything funny yet...

Contrary to the lechers Sarkozy and Berlusconi, Obama is obviously only interested in her shoes.

Yeah, I heard about "Obama checking out some lady's ass" yesterday. I figured there were similar pictures of Silvio.  Smiley
