Welsh. Under official census stuff overwhelmingly "white british", of course. Quite a few people wrote "Welsh" in on the paper, but not nearly as much as in the various towns and villages south and west of here. Still, this is the most "diverse" place in North West Wales (which may not be saying much) because of the University. Not sure how much of that shows up in the stats. Though there is a small-but-seeming-stable-ish Chinese population here, especially near the railway station (on the northeastern side).

I live in the Cooper neighborhood in Camden, NJ (go to Rutgers), and it's mostly college kids around here, I don't see too many residences.  I would guess African-American at around 30% is the highest ethnicity.  Italian and Irish behind that.

For Staten Island, it's Italian (37.7%).
For my neighborhood (Eltingville), it's Italian (49.6%).

I predict that within 15 years, it will all be Russian.

Figured you would have the most Italian neighborhood on here (though do have a few near me which is a bit more Italian than Eltingville.

There's a fair share of Irish in my neighborhood, and an increasing number of Russians.  The Italians are packing up and heading to Jersey or Florida.

From what I understand, Nassau County has the highest number of Italians in the country, and Richmond County (Staten Island) has the highest percentage in the country.

2. English 1754
3. Irish 1220
4. Other Groups 1088

6. Norwegian 667
7. Swedish 486
8. Italian 474

There are absolutley no Mexicans mentioned because my mom and I hadn't moved here yet and Hayden is a very rich area. There are 20 Arabs and 2 Iranians compared to no Mexicans...

I'm pretty sure Mexicans are included under "Other Groups". I checked some zip codes in El Paso to confirm.

I think Suffolk might be slightly higher than Nassau now, but that is because the population is a bit larger in Suffolk (a little over 1.5 mil, compared to around 1.35 mil in Nassau)

The Massapequa area (which is where I live) and Franklin Square are generally the two heaviest Italian areas on Long Island, with North Massapequa (at 49%, with some neighborhoods around 55%) the most Italian.

My neighborhood also has a large Irish population as well, though not quite as high as the Italian one.

41.8% Italian
26.5% Irish
17.1% German
4.6% Polish
3.5% Russian

I don't know why, but the lists most people are using only include European groups, plus Arab and Sub-Saharan African. The census separates Asian and Hispanic group for some reason.

I was thinking that. There have to be more than 20 in at least 2 or 3 Latino groups in my area code.

The information is on different pages.  Looking at the social characteristics page you see the ethnic breakdown which doesn't include Asian and Hispanic groups.  If you go some of the pages on race, they show the breakdown by Asian and Hispanic group.
