Not yet. After HappyWarrior gets on and declares it has enough votes to pass then we get to wait 24 hours for anyone to change their votes. This waiting doesn't take too long with an active PPT which HappyWarrior has been but nobody can be on all the time, we do have lives.

I figured, I'm just pre-empting the "omg the senate is not active" voice from coming out at some point. Trust me, I did this job for 8 months (4 terms) back in Jan-Sep. of 06. Tongue
