Personally, by posting the thoughts of your family, I'd say you pretty much give people the right to comment in whatever way they see fit.

Should you not wish to hear any insults/negative comments, I would recommend refraining from posting further information about your family.

Now that's not fair. We can laugh off the idea that they're some trusted focus group but flat out insulting them with comments like, "Nobody cares about your family" or stuff like that isn't necessary.

I wonder how much that is going around. Both of my sisters, 18 and 27 respectively, say they regret their voting for Barack Obama and wish they would've voted for McCain. The Gitmo closing order given by the President really gripped both of them, which I found unusual but nonetheless interesting.

Not a lot of it.

Please, this is American politics. There is no room for extreme left-wing ideas like facts.

Personally, I just laugh at how the media tip toes around Obama's bad cabinet picks when they would have slammed Bush.

Depends on which media, and liberal bias aside I think it's more awk during an economic crisis.

I've been reading a lot of mainstream online media like Politico and they don't mind slamming into Obama over this stuff, and Drudge goes 240% of the top in terms of blaming Obama's cabinet picks for parts of the recession already and whatnot

You serious? Talking heads and the hacks at Politico keep telling me that the Obama administration is in crisis.
