Why is Duke/Cinci not included? We could decide to run for this office given neither of us are doing anything Wink

I mean, I didn't expect you to be thinking about IDS regional office.

Me.

Seriously though, I think my tenure as Emperor has been fairly moderate (with some stuff, like the immigration reform or opposition to invasion, being Labor priorities, others like the guns stuff being more conservative, and some that's my own priorities (ed reform)). So I think (hope?) I'd be able to get a good chunk of either side if I'm only challenged from one. If it's a three-way race, that's when I think I'd really be in trouble.

Yeah, that's fair. I'd be curious about the numbers sometime down the line though. I don't think I'd challenge SJoyce, but who knows where my mind will be come late fall?

Hash, Velasco, SJoyce

I could be wrong, but I'm bearish on the notion that a Federalist will become Emperor again in the short-term.

I know I fully support all current members of the Southern wing of the Light Party and would be 100% behind them if they decide to run for anything.

I think you are getting a kind of Ben reception: good, but both sides think they can do better. If someone from both sides run, you may have some trouble, but arguably you'd get a stronger chunk of the Federalist vote than Labor vote due to the Libertarian chunk of the Federalist Party. From there, I think you could make the second round and beat who ever Labor/NMAM runs. It'd be interesting to see, though I think results may mirror, say, June's IDS Legislator election that put Jbrase back in office.

But yes, surely, it'd be an easier campaign with just a Labor or a Federalist opponent.

It's the IDS, what do you expect. Tongue

I agree, although this is inevitable in probably the most polarised region of Atlasia. There's not much middle ground down here in the ol' South.
