I'm sure this is nothing to worry about (unless you live in the Ukraine, the Baltic or the Caucasus).

Russia's economy is crashing down, it remains them the army.

Just like in the end of the USSR, except that, in that time it was a climate of end, here Russia is in a climate of rebuilding something, of challenging.

Sounds they're more and more nervous, so they are to survey.

If Obama don't pay attention to their nervousness and to the muscles they wanna show, what I expect from Obama, they would get upset of this and be still more nervous, and if Obama shows the muscles too they will love it and they will purchase that track.

What could calm down Russia?

Yes, Russia is going to attack NATO countries. You need more sleep, dead0man.

Economy (referring to USSR), but here sounds it could make them still more nervous.

Who knows.  I'd hope not.  That could start a very ugly (and probably slow) chain reaction.  Note I just said "worry" and not "launch preemptive attack".  Don't you think that this mildly concerns at least some of the nations I mentioned?  Maybe it's just the non NATO former members of the USSR that should be concerned.
