Basically brought up in light of the Spitzer situation, another possible scenario would be if some politician was found to be heading up a marijuana distribution ring. Reminds me of the DFL legislative candidate who was arrested for smoking pot near an elementary school and attacked for it (He still got off with just a slap on the wrist as this state's marijuana laws aren't completely insane like Florida's.)

To answer the question for me, no.

By itself no. But the general hypocrisy that tends to accompany it does.
