It’s a bit out of line to imply that Daily Kos said it when it was just some comment. But apples and oranges. And both sides do it, so what can be said?

I believe the U.S. Supreme Court classified 'Jewish' to be a race in the 1980's, but can't seem to find anything on it.  I've heard different stories from different Jewish friends.  Some say it's not a race or ethnicity, some say you're only racially Jewish if you were born to a Jewish mother.

No matter, anti-semitism is basically no different than hating anybody else for stupid superficial reasons.

That is not true. There are Atheist such as Alan Dershowitz who are very Chauvanistic about their Jewish identity. Woody Alan is aslo an atheist.
