That would be a great way for Blagovich to give this seat to the Republicans. Tongue

This is the Illinois GOP we're talking about here. They would find a way to not only lose, but give Ayers over 60%.

Meh, best to have someone that wouldn't be guaranteed to lose an election with a good chance of being Stevens-style expelled (since if he was picked it would  be as a joke).

The Democrats don't want him representing their party yo, and you shouldn't either Smiley

Besides, isn't he an anarchist or something?

What up-and-coming politician named Ryan will get the Republican nomination in 2010?

Okay, you guys are now officially crazy, for wanting Bill Ayers in our government. He's a f**king terrorist, do you like him only because Palin made those rumors about him?

You're not capable of detecting sarcasm...I've noticed this in many cases.

He's said he was an anarcho-Marxist, which doesn't make sense given that he supports Barack Obama, who isn't an anarchist by any stretch of the imagination.

Given it's track record, the IL-GOP would probably still find a way to lose the seat Tongue

I think they'll take it a step further and run the corpse of Jerry Falwell.

How would an Ayers-Keyes race turn out? I think it'd be a close race.

If ever appointed he should immediately be removed or "removed" from power.
