The moderators, dates, and locales had already been proposed by the Commission on Presidential Debates, but McCain and Obama have now agreed on those terms, and have also agreed on the following debate rules for the three presidential debates (VP debate rules will be negotiated after the VP candidates have been named):

Eh, not too bad.  At least they are going for open discussions periods on the first and third debates.

Yeah but that third debate is bad. I hate when the candidates are seated at a table and I don't like Schieffer. I wish they would have saved the town hall style for the last debate.

I agree with Phil.........personally I'd like em all Town Hall because all of the moderators bore me.
