1) No statute-barred prosecution of child rapists (currently there's a 15-year timeframe to prosecute child rapists, the proposition would make prosecution of child rapists permanent)

2) Lowering of the retirement age from 65 (men) and 64 (women) to 62 years.

3) Elimination of the right to legal remedy for Environmentalist groups for building contracts approved by the Swiss Parliament or the voters.

4) Legalisation of Cannabis. Acquisition, possession and growing of Cannabis should be allowed in small amounts for own purposes, while the state should regulate the trade and growing of Cannabis, while enforcing protection of minors and an advertising ban.

5) The Drug Policy of Prevention, Repression, Therapy und Damage-Control. Controlled distribiution of heroine to drug addicts.

1) support- these kind of laws are good for small crimes certainly not for child rape.
2) oppose- most 65 year olds can work and with people livin longer than in the past its going to put pension funds into even more problems.
3) Don't understand that one.

The English phrase you're looking for is "statute of limitation" I believe.

If I understand correctly, Prop 3 would put an end to legal appeal avenues for environmentalists to challenge public works contracts after they've been approved by parliament or the voters.
