The only aunt and uncle I am aware of political leanings are both big McCain supporters. My uncle was still a big McCain guy in 2000 and in October of 2007 when it looked like he was dead.

All of them are strong Republicans so they'll be for McCain. I think my one great uncle is still a registered Democrat but he's probably DINOish and will likely vote for McCain as well (unless Hillary is the nominee).

None of the 9 of them (including steps) vote at all, and I dont want them to, as they would all be either GOP or Libertarian.

Dad side-

Uncle(in law), 57, very Liberal and has a 100% chance of voting for Obama. His family has been Democrats for years and is even more stalwart Democrats than mine. His Dad was a delegate that voted for JFK in 1960 for Iowa.

Uncle, 55, Moderate, big skeptic on many things and really thinks both parties are screwed up. He is working class, I see him leaning towards voting for McCain in Colorado.

Aunt(in law), 55, Moderate but more Liberal than her husband and is a teacher. I see her leaning towards voting for Obama.

Uncle, 64, moderate Liberal. I definatley see him voting for Obama even though he is Catholic. He also lives in Colorado.

Aunt(in law), 53, very Liberal. She is a hardcore Obama supporter and has been a Democrat forever.

Aunt, 59, Uber-Conservative. She hates McCain and Obama and will probably vote for the Constitution Party. The odd part is she used to like Clinton as early as 5 years ago.

Uncle(in law), 59, Uber-Conservative. Yeat again he will vote for Constitution. The other odd part is that he says in 2000 was the first election he voted for a Republican. He says he used to be Liberal.

Mom's Side-
All of them would be Democrats in America. Her family has a history of political activism for the PRI, even though she supported the PAN and PRD because she thought they had a political monopoly. My cousins and Uncles and Aunts always talk how the system is screwed up in Mexico so the rich dominate, though probably almost 100% of them either voted for Calderon or the PRI candidate in 2006, because they hated Obrador's Anti-Americanism because of me and my Mom.

I don't have any aunts that I know of.  Both of my uncles, however, would definitely vote for Obama, though I wouldn't put it past either of them to vote for Nader if Hillary Clinton is nominated instead.

Dad's side:

Dad's sister #1: Democratic
Dad's sister's husband #1: Democratic

Dad's sister #2 Democratic
Dad's sister's husband #2: Democratic

Dad's sister #3: Democratic
Dad's sister's husband #3: Democratic

Dad's sister #4: Democratic
Dad's sister's husband #4: Democratic

Dad's sister #5: Democratic
Dad's sister's husband #5: Democratic

Dad's sister #6: Democratic
Dad's sister's husband #6: Democratic

Dad's sister #7: Democratic
Dad's sister's husband #7: Democratic

Mom's side:

Mom's brother #1: Democratic
Mom's brother's wife #1: Democratic

Mom's sister #1: Democratic
Mom's sister's husband #1: Democratic

Mom's sister #2: Democratic
Mom's sister's husband #2: Democratic

Mom's brother #2: Democratic
Mom's brother's wife #2: Democratic

Mom's brother #3: Democratic
Mom's brother's wife #3: Democratic

The voting patterns of ethnics are very easy to predict. Of course, only two of the above live in America (Mom's 2nd brother and his wife), and they're not citizens.

All are Democrats, but most are slightly racist (unsurprisingly).  I'd say most of them will not vote due to Obama's being black.

It's tough to say. My aunts tend to be a little more right-leaning...as does my one uncle...while my other uncle voted for Kerry "because of the unions". However, I'm not sure that they are up for voting for a black man...so I'll have to get back to you on that. I know my anti-Bush uncle in New Jersey didn't like Hillary...but refuses to vote for a black man...so he may either vote McCain or stay home.

Seems to be a theme in Jersey. I know our very liberal neighbors that had a house in Charleston said they could not vote for a black man, that America was not ready for that. They love Hillary though.

Mother's Brother and Wife (Colorado): Both Democratic easy

Mother's unmarried sister (Tennessee): Democratic (originally a Biden supporter). Her boyfriend will vote Democratic as well.

Mother's married sister and husband (Tennessee): Husband will 100% vote McCain (hardcore conservative, Southern Baptist, etc.) Sister may be swayed to Obama... she seems to have become disenchanted with the Republican values her husband had been influencing her with in recent years.
