With Bens vote, after run-off the race in 2A is 9-9 counting the disputed vote, and 9-8 Akno if the vote is disqualified.  I hope Akno can get one more vote so we don't have to go to court over this!

Is the disputed vote that of NixonNow?

Yes.

I believe he voted RReagan117 yes?

I personally do not think that that vote should be counted as that is a combination of the name of two different people running for the seat, such is if I were to have voted for Steven Hobbes. Also could it not be argued just as effectively that the vote should go to MAS117 rather than RReagan4EVER and, as I don't think it should count as two votes, I think it should count as none.

Fritz, Why dont you just ask NixonNow who he intended to vote for? RReagan4EVER of MAS177, Then you would know how to handle the vote.

Because we have fairly strict voting rules, and what you write down on your first, unedited thread is your vote. He really shouldn't be explaining his vote, his vote should speak for itself.

You didn't see the government asking people in Florida who they really intended to vote for, did you?

Not to mention that NixonNow is proably just doing this to stir up controversy.  Nothing more.
