jamespol occasionally e-mails me or facebook messages me. He sometimes requests that I put up polls about him but I usually don't just because he's been polled to death already.
The last time I actually communicated with texasindy she was mad at me for telling her to stop overreacting to the whole debacle that eventually caused her to leave (what was her reason again?). I think jamespol told me that I had been forgiven by her but I can't exactly remember. In any case, I haven't talked to her since she left.
People still care about texasindy and jamespol? My, this forum has an extensive collective memory.
I believe jamespol actually has some prediction maps for 2008 and he leaves comments on the maps of others from time to time. So he is still semi-active on the site. I believe he was either banned or strongly encouraged to leave the forum because of the trolling he perpetrated during and after the texasindy incident. At one time, a while back, he actually told me that the forum bosses were considering letting him return. Recently he asked me if he
should return so I assume he is free to do so on his own volition at this point. I told him he should come back if he thinks he'll enjoy it but ultimately its his choice and I'm not going to implore him to do so which I think he was kinda hoping I'd do.
