angus, like you, i cant really stop after a couple of drinks.  i guess that would make me a 'binge drinker'.  that is actually a pretty accurate description of my drinking habits.

for that reason, i never drink until the kid is in bed.  i personally dont think it is horrible if a parent drinks in front of a child, but they probably shouldnt if they do the kind of drinking i do.

i honestly think im less of an ass while drinking than i am sober.  obviously i realize that shouldnt give me a free ticket to drink more.  i should learn not to be so much of an ass while sober.

Hmm, Walter made a great point for once.

The initial point is correct of course, but here's the deal: No one over 12 seriously buys that propaganda.

So berating people over the airwaves might actually be a more effective way of reducing drug addiction than rehab programs. Wink

Actually giving people other things to do would be the most effective.  So, legalizing other drugs, and most of all prostitution would greatly reduce alcoholism.  Men would have no reason to hang out in bars if they could simply go to a brothel, nor would they have any reason to buy women drinks.

What, do you see no purpose to women other than sex?
