I didn't see anything on the wiki page for California's about abortion, although I admit I didn't read it very carefully.

The Arkansas constitution is rather offensive, in that it assumes it no longer needs to take care of children once they are born.  Arguably when a child actually becomes its own separate entity the state has more of an obligation to ensure its well-being than when it resides in someone else's body.

The very fact that abortion is mentioned in their constitutions makes both equally bad.

(Although, if California's doesn't mention abortion, which it appears it might not, then it is infinitely better.)

How do you protect the life of someone who isn't even born yet?

All I know is that I hope the New York state constitution will one day take that big step and support mandatory abortions for all.

Only blacks. Abortion is racist, everyone knows that.

Is that why in S.America, no matter how hard they ban abortions, abortion rates are higher than they are in any other part of the world?

Why are abortion doctors inherently 'idiots'?

Because they're murderers.

Abortion should not be mentioned in a constitution.
