Let's see how this turns out. There's already a safe injection site (which succeeded in reducing rates of diseases), and they will need to apply for government exemption to allow this to happen (prostitution itself is legal, but not solicitation). A few years back there was a scandal involving the federal immigration minister who allowed a Romanian stripper to stay in Canada if she worked for the reelection political campaign...imagine that happening in the states...

Maybe in 10 years we'll see prostitute unions that strike to demand higher rates for a blowjob.
