Generic Super Heros-  As a group, they seem quite a bit like Rudy Giuliani Republicans. Tough on crime and terrorism, but not necessarily supportive of religious values or economic conservativism, and generally anti-gun. That description especially fits Bruce Wayne/Batman.
Grey Aliens-  Something really out of the earthling mainstream. Possibly supporters of Technocracy.
Final Fantasy Characters- Not a clue.
Marvel Heros- Depends on character. Probably scads of Libertarians, Greens, and Communists, although the Fantastic Four and a few others may be fairly conservative (I'm not so sure, what little I know about the comic world is mostly DC comics).

Generic Super Heros- Democrat (hero would imply not evil/Republican)
Grey Aliens- Are they bent on destroying humanity? Republican if so
Final Fantasy Characters-they're quite gay, so Democrat
Marvel Heros- Democrat (created by Jews)

Generic Super Heroes- They don’t really have a single mind frame. I actually think there would be a bit of a split in this category. As a whole though, I’d think they would tend to lean towards the Republicans, as they’d want someone who was tough on crime. [I mean, there’s only so many times you can watch these Supervillian break out of jail before you get fed up and want them fried. I maintain that if the superhero world had like a three strikes policy, crime would be virtually nonexistent.] On the other hand, you’d have some who were Libertarians, because some superheroes work alone, and they tend not to trust government or other policing organizations, so they’d want to ensure it stayed out of their heroics.

Grey Aliens- If there hostile, I doubt they'd care about our politics. But if they are here for trading purposes, then they'd want like a NAFTA or CAFTA. Since both parties more or less support free trade, who knows who'd they back. I'd say they'd back Democrats, because they tend to be the more tolerant party, in popular belief at least. I could see the Republicans accusing the aliens of stealing our jobs.

Final Fantasy Characters- Depends on the game and the specific character. in FFVII, they would lean Democrat or Green, as they have seen the abuse a company that has a monopoly can cause. And in most worlds, they would want a dovish foreign policy, since they see the inevitable trouble that warmongers cause when there being manipulated by a power mad "advisor". So I'd say Democrats mainly.

Marvel Heroes- see my general heroes explanation.

I really think I've overanalyzed here. Oh well.
