I noticed throughout the debates out of the top second tier candidates Bill Richardson gets alot guess time then Joe Biden and Chris Dodd. Anyone else think that?

My (non-scientific) observation seems to be that Biden and Richardson talk about the same amount, with Dodd talking less than them.

Richardson is considered the most serious candidate of the three.
