We can consider the countries that keep most of the elements of the nerd culture, the countries where a large share of the people like the nerd culture.

Celtic and norse paganism are much connected to the nerd culture because they are a great source for phantasy books and RPG. Heavy metal is also a part of the nerd culture. Anime and video games too.

I put the UK countries separate because they can be nerd at different levels.

Iceland may be the best candidate on a per capita basis for western (non-Asian) nerd culture. South Korea is known for their esports scene, and Japan is the home of anime, although anime to me is more "geek" than "nerd".
