For the purposes of this thread, "pro-filibuster" means taking the same attitude (or even more hardline) as Joe Manchin and/or Kyrsten Sinema on filibuster abolition and/or reform. I've included losing Democratic Senate candidates from 2016-2020 who (1) were incumbents running for reelection or (2) in the case of non-incumbent candidates, were involved in races deemed as less than safe by at least one major political prognosticator and/or lost by not more than 15 points.
