Verifying Bellwether counties Wikipedia

I am a new user who is doing some personal research on election results in Bellwether counties during the 2016 and 2020 elections.

I came across a Wikipedia article, List of Bellwether Counties in the United States. Unfortunately, I cannot share a link due to forum rules, but it is easy enough to google the title.

The article used this website as its sole source for the published tables of Bellwether County election deviation, and I was wondering how I could replicate the results of this article for verification purposes.
