Why are most Jewish, especially Russian-Jewish, men so hot?

I'm usually not attracted to white men (with some exceptions), unless they are Jewish. With that being said, it seems that most Jewish men, especially those of Russian ancestry, have strong, defined cheekbones and jawlines that automatically make one attractive. In contrast, most Gentiles from the same general region don't. To see what I mean, take:

I do want to comment that most of these people are Jews of Russian Empire descent (meaning before the Bolsheviks took over Russia and/or even earlier and thus they assimilated into mainstream American Jewish culture and most of them do not speak Russian), which is not the same as the most commonly used definition of "Russian Jews" - which is commonly defined as Jews who grew up in the USSR or the post-USSR Jewish children of those people.

A lot of these people are also from interfaith homes - like Jon Ossoff, Daniel Ratcliffe and Andrew Garfield. Of course, this doesn't change the fact that they are Jewish but I think it is important to clarify because the post-Soviet Jewish community isn't represented here.

The latter I suppose. Specifically, I think defined jawlines are by far the most attractive feature a man can have, and it seems like Jewish men are disproportionately more likely to have them.
