I can almost guarantee Southern state legislatures are NOT going to pass these maps.

Mississippi (2 Democratic districts; 2 Republican districts): https://davesredistricting.org/join/7b48eac0-aeaa-4d08-9c7d-43664c4e473e

South Carolina (2 Democratic districts; 3 Republican districts; 1 competitive district): https://davesredistricting.org/join/bacc4831-4528-439d-81c9-ada426aa1fbc

Georgia (9 Democratic districts; 4 Republican districts; 1 competitive district): https://davesredistricting.org/join/58f964d3-2f9c-426e-b083-c9044182cab2

North Carolina (9 Democratic districts; 4 Republican districts; 1 competitive district): https://davesredistricting.org/join/9158db0e-43cd-4253-811f-0a1a2c79ed78

Yes, but none of these maps can really be interpreted reasonably as required by the VRA. They all already surpass proportionality and/or are absurdly uncompact.
